Tour to Sikkim and Darjeeling

1st Day – (Saturday 10th May): Bagdogra Airport to Darjeeling – Pickup
Approx Distance: 70 Km • Est. Travel Time: 3 hours
Meet and Greet on arrival at Bagdogra International Airport and transfer to Darjeeling (6,950
Ft.). On arrival check-in to the hotel and rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at
Darjeeling.

2nd Day – (Sunday 11th May): Darjeeling – Fullday Sightseeing with Tiger Hill
Approx Distance: 130 Km • Est. Travel Time: 8 hours
Early morning (4:00 AM) visit Tiger Hill (Subject to availability of token, if not possible at the
time of Sunrise, then it will be covered in day time.) and then back to hotel. After breakfast,
starting at 8.30 AM, visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P.N. Zoological Park (Thursday
closed), Tenzing Rock, Ropeway (Note: Closed on 19th of Every Month), Tea Garden (outer view),
Japanese Temple(Peace Pagoda). Evening free for leisure. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

3rd Day – (Monday 12th May): Darjeeling to Pelling – Transfer
Approx Distance: 100 Km • Est. Travel Time: 4 hours
After breakfast, transfer to Pelling (6,300 Ft.). On arrival check-in to hotel and rest of the
day at leisure. Overnight stay at Pelling.
4th Day – (Tuesday 13th May): Pelling – Fullday Sightseeing with sky walk
Est. Travel Time: 6 hours
After breakfast start for a full day sightseeing tour. In first half, Rimbi waterfalls,
Khecheopalri Lake (Wishfulling Lake) and Khangchendzongha waterfalls. In the second half
cover the Pemayangtse monastery, Rabdantse ruins (2nd capital of Sikkim), Sang-Ngag Choling
(Skywalk). Evening free for leisure. Overnight stay at Pelling.

5th Day – (Wednesday 14th May): Pelling to Gangtok – Transfer Via Namchi
Approx Distance: 130 Km • Est. Travel Time: 6 hours
After breakfast check out from the hotel and take the departure transfers for Gangtok (5,500
Ft.). Enroute visit Sai Temple and Siddheshwar Dham (Chardham), in Namchi. On arrival, check
in to your hotel. Overnight stay at Gangtok.

6th Day – (Thursday 15th May): Gangtok to Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir – Excursion
Approx Distance: 120 Km • Est. Travel Time: 8 hours
After breakfast, start for an excursion to Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft. / 37 Kms. / 02 Hrs. from
Gangtok) and further drive to New Baba Mandir (13,200 ft. / 16 Kms. / 01 Hrs. from Tsomgo
Lake). Evening back to Gangtok. Overnight stay at Gangtok. Note: In case of Land slide or any
other reason Tsomgo Lake is closed we will provided alternate sightseeing. Due to winter season
(heavy snow) vehicle will be able to drive till Snow point on the way to Tsomgo Lake and New
Baba Mandir.

7th Day – (Friday 16th May) : Gangtok – Fullday Sightseeing
Est. Travel Time: 6 hours
After breakfast Start for a Full day city tour covering Tashi view point, Ganesh Tok, Hanuman
Tok, Cottage Industry and Handicraft Centre (Closed on Sunday and 2nd and 4th Saturday of
the month), Institute of Tibetology (Closed on Sunday), Dro-dul Chorten, Gonjang Monastery
and Bakhthang falls (maximum 6 hours). Overnight stay at Gangtok.

8th Day – (Saturday 17th May) : Gangtok to Bagdogra Airport – Drop
Approx Distance: 125 Km • Est. Travel Time: 5 hours
After breakfast, checkout from the hotel and take departure transfer to Bagdogra
International Airport for your onward journey.

Note: Darjeeling ropeway will be on direct payment basis. It has limited cabins (Approx.
8 and per cabin 4 persons can be accommodated), resulting in long queues due to high
tourist volume. Be patient with potential delays. It could also impact your schedule for
other sightseeing activities due to time constraints.
